Ben will complete a qualified market appraisal based on ACTUAL comparable sales, for your home. This will give you a realistic market range on which to base your expectations. We are not in the business of trying to win your listing with unrealistic prices. And our range doesn’t limit what you could achieve once your home goes to market. Everything we do is designed to get the very best price for your home.
